Effective January 1, 2025, FoodShare-Fairfield will exclusively accept orders for small boxes. The price is set at $20 for cash payments and $5 for EBT/SNAP recipients. The large FoodShare boxes will no longer be available. The designated pick-up location is the Fairfield County Council on Aging, situated at 210 E. Washington Street, Winnsboro, SC.
FoodShare-Fairfield, an initiative of Fairfield Forward, aims to reduce food insecurity in Fairfield County while also improving access to fresh fruits and vegetables for all county residents.
If you want to order a FoodShare box, please place your order by 4:00 PM on Thursday, December 5th. The pickup time for the box will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 11th.
