Program Overview


Intensive Family Services (IFS) is a 24 hour home-based counseling service provided to children and their families upon referral.



Program Details

IFS is a Medicaid funded, home-based counseling program designed to promote family stability in a safe and nurturing environment by providing quality, family-centered, flexible counseling services, skill building, and resource linkage.  Trained clinical counselors are available 24-hours, 7 days a week to provide treatment components that consist of behavior management, skill development, individual and family counseling, and crisis intervention.



Criteria

IFS is available for children within the age of 1-18 years old who are at-risk of removal from the home.
